Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@kidslovegifts.com.au so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason, with no need to justify it. Items must still meet the eligibility criteria (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase).
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
